Mr. Irshad Qabool

Legal Associate at MOL Pakistan Oil and Gas Company B.V. and a 2025 LUMS law graduate, formerly Executive Director of the Organisation for Educational Change. His interests lie at the intersection of corporate regulation, environmental law and sustainability.
Irshad Qabool is from Darkut Yasin, a village in District Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan.
He graduated with a BA-LL.B. (Honours) from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in 2025. He currently works as a Legal Associate at MOL Pakistan Oil and Gas Company B.V., where his work focuses on corporate litigation and legal advisory on corporate, constitutional, environmental and other matters within Pakistan's exploration and production (E&P) sector. He aspires to build a legal career at the intersection of corporate regulation, environmental law and sustainability.
Previously, Irshad served as Executive Director of the Organisation for Educational Change, a student-led NGO working across Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral.
He brings to the Board legal training and professional experience in contracts, corporate and constitutional law, alongside a strong interest in environmental governance and sustainability.
